About the Quote
First, each web site we design is unique. As a result, the cost of your site will be unique to you.
In order for us to be accurate in our quote to you, we have a few questions we'd like you to answer. After we review the information you provide and exchange some email about your project, we will assemble a proposal. You will then need to pay a deposit/retainer of 50% of the total amount before the work begins. The balance is paid upon completion of the work and your approval of the finished product.
We do our best to make the initial estimate as accurate as possible and promise not to exceed that quote unless a substantial amount of additions or changes are requested by you prior to the work being completed. In that instance, we will discuss the fee changes before proceeding.

WEBSITE MAINTENANCE
Eagle Designs offers maintenance of your site, regardless if it was designed by us or not, for an hourly fee. If you have no changes that need to be made, you pay nothing. Payment is due within 10 days of the work being completed, or monthly if you decide to purchase a maintenance package and/or contract Eagle Designs on retainer to service your site.
LOGO DESIGN
You can easily find a wide range of prices for logo design on the internet. But, shouldn't a logo be worth more than just the time involved in creating it? Professional graphic design rates average anywhere from $30 to $75 per hour. If you see a logo design priced at $125 and that designer charges $50 per hour for design work, do you assume that they spent 2.5 hours on your logo? That price would include the time spent to contact you, the research done on your company and competition, the preliminary ideas, the changes, the finalizing of the logo, the file prep for each different format, sending the logo, billing and allowing you to have all rights to the design. So how much time was actually spent creating your logo? Keep that in mind when you're shopping for quotes.

Terms
and Conditions of Design Work

We
will discuss final costs before any work is completed. 50% of
agreed cost of site will be paid up front with the balance due
at the completion of site before site is released and/or posted.

If
work is on pre-existing web site, fees will be charged hourly
and billed monthly.

The
customer agrees that any material, text or images that are used
on their web sites do not violate or infringe any copyright, trademark,
patent, statutory, common law or proprietary rights of others.

Eagle
Designs will not design or maintain any sites which contain or make reference
to any pornographic, racist, anti-government or hate content.

Eagle
Designs reserves the right to deactivate the customer's
virtual Web with one warning upon any indication of credit problems,
including delinquent payments, or if this service contract is
violated.

If
the customer uses a hosting company of their choice, it is their
responsibility to know the terms and conditions of the server
on which their site will be hosted. They are responsible for all
hosting fees and domain registration. If a site is shut down by
the server due to violations of that server's terms and conditions, Eagle Designs is not
responsible.

A
monthly invoice will be sent to the customer, and payment is expected
within 10 days of the electronic invoice. A hard copy and a fax
are both available upon request.

If
there is a problem or question with anything involved with the
design, maintenance or billing for the customer's site, Eagle
Designs welcomes the concerns.
