Eagle Designs

a small amount of time. If you already have a web site, we can help
you with the maintenance for fees lower than most of the competition. We also keep our rates very competitive. Because
we are a home-based business, our overhead is low, and we can keep
our fees low, providing our customers with affordable and professional services, while not sacrificing the quality you deserve.
Domain Registration and Host Setup
If
you need more than just a basic site, Eagle
Designs
can also be of service. We'll register a domain name (www.yourname.com),
design a completely functional web site with customized graphics and
even maintain the site for you. We will also help you set up your
site on the server of your choice. We use "www.doteasy.com",
"www.godaddy.com"
and "www.surpasshosting.com"
among several others (at your choice). Hosting and registration
fees are additional to our fees, and they are the responsibility of
the client.

Marketing and Web
We offer the service of formatting your site for top listing
with the major search engines so that we can help you successfully
launch your site on the World Wide Web. This includes keyword analysis
& revisions, meta tags and title revisions. We will also assist
with creating a newsletter for you to take and run on your own or
create one each time you need to utilize this service.

Terms
and Conditions of Design Work

We
will discuss final costs before any work is completed. 50% of
agreed cost of site will be paid up front with the balance due
at the completion of site before site is released and/or posted.

If
work is on pre-existing web site, fees will be charged hourly
and billed monthly.

The
customer agrees that any material, text or images that are used
on their web sites do not violate or infringe any copyright, trademark,
patent, statutory, common law or proprietary rights of others.

Eagle
Designs
will not design or maintain any sites which contain or make reference
to any pornographic, racist, anti-government or hate content.
-
Eagle
Designs reserves the right to deactivate the customer's
virtual Web with one warning upon any indication of credit problems,
including delinquent payments, or if this service contract is
violated.

If
the customer uses a hosting company of their choice, it is their
responsibility to know the terms and conditions of the server
on which their site will be hosted. They are responsible for all
hosting fees and domain registration. If a site is shut down by
the server due to violations of that server's terms and conditions,
Eagle Designs is not
responsible.

A
monthly invoice will be sent to the customer, and payment is expected
within 10 days of the electronic invoice. A hard copy and a fax
are both available upon request.

If
there is a problem or question with anything involved with the
design, maintenance or billing for the customer's site, Eagle
Designs welcomes the concerns.
